Do these contain any grapefruit or grapefruit oil?

Neither of those are listed on the label.

Do they contain thiamine? it's not listed --only b-6 and b-12. on the side it says "rich in 6 b vitamins.

I really don't know... all I know is that since I started taking these it has been a lot easier for me to absorb the proper amounts and vitamins and minerals without my stomach having issues. I had bariatric (weight loss) surgery in 2012 and since then it has been a rollercoaster trying to keep up my vitamins/minerals... I absorb the gummies better & easier than a normal hard-coated pill.

While I don’t personally like the taste they are easy to take, and don’t taste awful. (I don’t like raspberry flavors) but since I’ve started taking them I do feel better physically and mentally.
