Shipping was fast and the great quality screen. Easy to install and came with all the necessary parts.

Very happy with the product. I actually installed this by myself. Didn’t have anyone to assist me at the time. Comes with mounting brackets for the wall or ceiling. I did the ceiling configuration. Customer support was excellent for helping me adjust the lowered position.

The screen was shoved inside of the housing so far in delivery that we had to partially disassemble the product just to get the screen to drop. The left side of the tension knob is broken but it's honestly way to much work to ship this massive thing then it's worth and its flat enough already that I doesn't need adjustment.

Mounting is easy, but I used three person instead of two and we all do not have installation experience.Smooth operation of motor.Small cosmetic issue on item when delivered.

Screen was as promised. Tougher than expected in install, but it looks great now!

I really wanted to like this product and this company and I did my best to work with them to resolve the issues...This company clearly has a monopoly on screens because their quality control and customer service is less than impressive. Needing a tension screen with an extra 24" drop, I could not find a single other option out there. I'm at the mercy of having to order with Elite and they know it.First, shortly after purchasing I realized the same screen was over $150 cheaper on their Amazon store. When I asked if they would price match, they said they won't, not even with themselves which is so stupid. By purchasing directly from their website, which saves them any amazon commission, I am punished and had to pay more. AWFUL business tactics.My first screen was defective (horizontal creases that wouldn't go away) so instead of sending it back, they had me destroy it and gave me a refund. I am grateful for the refund but frustrated they wouldn't even let me return it to their warehouse to save the parts... such a waste.The replacement fixed the screen issues but once I dropped the screen the bar was clearly damaged as you can see in the photos. They gave me a discount to compensate but they clearly have ZERO quality control on their products. There is no way this damage happened during transportation, the way it was packaged.Also, you'll see in the wide photo the screen does not retract evenly. Another quality control issue. They told me to hang a 1lbs weight on the higher side to see if it pulls it down but I'm too scared to cause damage.Overall I am super unimpressed with what's ultimately a $1300 product. Does the screen work? Yes, did it have defects right out of the box with no solution to fix them? Yes. Would I ever buy from them again or recommend them if I had any other choice? Never. I would never run my business as they do. I really hope other companies start producing more screens because clearly they just don't care anymore...
