I have the TM10K and am very happy with it, so I thought I’d try this keychain light, and I’m glad I did! It might be a little big for some people’s keychains, but I’m a keychain/pocket tool geek. And it’s great to have this kind of power at your disposal anytime you need it. Very useful on low, medium settings up to the default 200 lumens, and max bright for temporary work. I was out last night, heard a strange noise, and had enough time to scan the neighborhood on full bright.

I bought this flashlight for my daughter as a personal security tool for college. I wanted something compact, lightweight, weather-resistant, and with a powerful high-intensity mode she'd carry daily. This flashlight exceeded my expectations! The best feature is the quick activation of the 4,000 lumens "turbo mode" by holding down a single button, even from off. I tested it from 20 ft away at night (with eyes closed) — it’s blindingly powerful, perfect for deterring threats. The other settings range from 1 to 200 lumens. It's a high-quality, durable flashlight with an easy lockout mode. I liked it so much I bought a second one for myself.

I can't understand how this company managed to put such a powerful battery, LED driver, and LED module into such a tiny package and include an OLED display. Just astounding. The very short duration of the 4,000 lumen mode is understandable, due to the high temperature of the LED emitters. If you want a longer run time at this kind of output, you need a much larger flashlight. All the features work well and it can be hidden inside your hand or dropped into any small pocket. If you shine it into the palm of your hand in the dark, you can see the bones and veins inside your hand before you have to pull away from the heat. A great Halloween flashlight. I can't wait for the next higher power level from this company. Buy one and enjoy it.

This compact light puts out an amazing amount of light on high, even though it lasts about 10 seconds. It automatically shuts down to avoid overheating the LED. The high beam Turbo mode is 4000 lumens and is extremely HOT - The lens can cause serious burns if held against the skin. It has a lock sequence which should be used before stuffing it in your jeans pocket. The main lumen settings are 1, 15, 65, and 200. The digital display gives a handy run time estimate for each setting. One thing I don't like is that the output can't be set before turning the beam on, unlike some other Nitecore models. You have to turn it on, then cycle through the modes. A single tap on the first button lights up the display, showing charge voltage and output level. When the light is on in a normal output mode, the display shows remaining run time for the current output. A press and hold turns on turbo mode, with a countdown timer for remaining seconds until it shuts down. Just release the button then press again to continue turbo. The light seems a little difficult to hold on to due to its shape and small size. It seems to be designed more for clipping to a hat brim than holding in your hand. Overall, I really like this light and always keep it handy.

Ridiculous output for a keychain light. Pocket-sized flashbang. Turbo 4,000 lumens for 10 seconds, then it steps down hard. You can smash Turbo again, but it gets hot fast, so give it a breather between bursts. Day-to-day it caps at 200 lumens, which surprised me at first, but it’s enough for finding stuff, walking the dogs, quick checks. The OLED screen, USB-C, and quick-release keyring are actually useful. Charges in fast Heads-up: repeated Turbo will make it toasty, use lockout unless you like mystery hot spots in your pants.

I have to start this review by saying Nitecore you really made a monster with this small pocket blaster of a keychain light, congrats. Though I do have a few nit picks to throw around i generally don't have much bad to speak about this light so far beyond some small points like Con: 1. Standard Light modes are limited to only 200 lumens before you need to turbo to 4000 to get anymore brightness, really a 1000 lumen option would be amazing even if it dropped down after a minute or less like turbo mode does but i understand the need to protect the device from overheating, maybe the feature could get locked out when the device is overheating & then reenabled for use after a cool time is met for standard modes, idk but it is something to keep in mind if a customer thinks this light can come anywhere close to 4k lumens for longer then a 10 second stent & then not have to wait for the device 2. More Cautions stating just how bright this light is & how hot it can get is def required, this device will 100% burn you or anyone you shine it at during close turbo mode sessions if you leave it on them or yourself longer then 4-5 seconds, so its not a toy, be mindful of those lockouts or you might have a crispy pant leg faster then you think 😅. Pro's: 1. If Compact & light was the on your checklist for a flashlight then honey you have all you need with the t4k & more, with its detachable keychain for fast deployment from a keyring or from its pants clip for easy stowage on a shirt pocket, hat or in your jean/pants pocket you honestly might just forget you have it on you. 2. Brightness that demands respect from something so small, I've been walking around my property & with just 65-200 lumens running i can see most things but when life likes to throw a "whats that" moment at you that you cant see, you can now respond with a easy hold of a button to turn everything in that direction to morning & anyone in a 2 block area in awe of how bright your flashlight is or why they are currently blind. 3. Usb-c recharging is always a plus when you don't need to have different connecters for a phone, a light & equipment on a weapon or a walkie when on patrol, so thanks for that nitecore, my truck glovebock of cords thanks you. A solid 9/10 pocket flashlight

The best light anywhere! This is my second one and worth every penny.

This has replaced my Sunfire flashlight as my new goto. The only issue is that it comes in demo mode so the light only stays on for 30 s before shutting off. A quick google and I fingured it out.
