Wish there was a way to measure the difference

I use these pills to reverse adrenal fatigue (excess of cortisol due to stress) that was causing me hair loss. After taking these pills I’ve seen less hairs in the shower, and my hair is growing back.

I can’t speak to long-term results from a supplement in a short window, but I had no issues with tolerance when taking it as directed. I have repurchased this 3x- it is amazing. I have tried other really good brands like pure encapsulation etc. but this liquid version from Gaia is outstanding. I feel a difference within an hour of taking it in the morning on an empty stomach. I just feel mellow- it’s amazing. The liquid just digests better than the powder. I started to notice long term mood improvement about a month in and I can tell when I don’t take it.
