Great item with assembly instructions that lack detail
The cart is sturdy, strong, easy to maneuver, and very well built. What a great investment as this will be used in a high school classroom for years to come. I am even thinking about purchasing another for the garage. The ordering process was a little confusing; mainly because the dimensions of the cart are not on the listing. There are dimensions, but they are for the cart in the unassembled state ( basically the box that will be delivered). After opening the package I was happy to see that there were only 10 pcs, a bag of screws, but no assembly instructions. After searching the contents 3 times I seen them on one of the folds of the cardboard box. Tools required for assembly are a screw driver and a hammer; however there was a piece of paper in the box stating that a drill was recommended for assembly. I used the drill and followed the instructions best as I could, and after 12 short minutes we had a fully assembled cart. I could have completed assembly in about 8 minutes, but there were 4 more screws in the bag after assembly was complete. So I spent the next 3-4 minutes double checking all of the fasteners - looks like the instructions stats 24 screws are sent but I received 28. When attaching the wheels to the cart it is not clear where to mount the stationary wheels versus the swivel caster wheels, but they must be on the same side either near the handle or on the opposite side. When mounting the wheels there are 6 holes in the bottom of the cart, but the mounting plates on the wheels only have 4 holes and only align a particular way. Even though I had a few hiccups with assembly it still only took 12 minutes, and I have a cart that is going to last an entire teaching career!

Sturdy cart for 500#
I got this cart to take my tools and safety bag into job sites working on Uninterruptible Power Supplies. The total unit is good for 500#. With rack shelf good for 250#. I don’t load it anywhere near that weight, but it takes the weight off of 4 VRLA battery modules on top with zero evidence of bowing. The cup holder will take a 12oz can of soda in a thin coozy or a 32oz Camelbak Eddy bottle with ease. This fits under the trifold tonneau cover on my work truck when I lay it on its side.

Great, Sturdy cart! Switch the wheels!
This cart is SUPER sturdy and SUPER functional. It was very easy to put together and I'm thankful I read reviews. Many suggested putting the spinning casters on the side opposite the handle vs on the same side. For school use where we're mostly pushing the cart, the casters work so much better on the front, then you can pick up on the handle to turn the back sharply if you need to. We would 100% purchase this same cart again. I like the cup holder AND the "pockets" in the front to keep small items like your phone or pens/pencils/supplies. Unlike other similar carts, the space above the bottom shelf is roomy/tall enough for boxes.

Upgrade the wheels
Very nice cart, and incredibly simple to assemble. You’ll want a drill to drive the screws If there’s even a remote possibility that this will be on anything other than concrete, get some bigger pneumatic wheels. Ones that swivel It will make the cart 5 inches taller, but having all swivel wheels and being able to take this on gravel outside is worth it And I’ve seen these used in restaurants. The wheels it come with always break. It’s pricy, about $80-100 for the pneumatic casters, but then you dont need to worry about abusing it Also, I ordered collapsible shelf brackets to add another work service on the end like their fancy cart. I’m also going to frame the inside edge with wood to give myself the raised lip like the fancy cart. This will be for adding a piece of plywood, and it will give me the option of a flat work surface

Nice cart
This is a very nice cart. Assembly was relatively easy. Looks nice, is very sturdy. Feels like it could actually handle 500 pounds. I am going to use it for moving computers another heavy objects around. I like the fact that it won't rust or dent. The price is good. Most of the metal carts I've looked at are $200 or more. I especially like the cupholder, handle and the built in trays. The casters ride smoothly and look to be well built. I've been looking for this particular model for a few years now. Because of the handle and the cupholder. The newer ones have different handles that I don't like as much. We have a few of these carts at work and they hold up very well. My guess is it weighs about 30 pounds so it would be relatively easy to load up into a truck if needed.I would recommend this cart to anyone who needs something to carry toolsor other heavy objects around.

Strong, Light, Easy to assemble, but no brakes
Super easy to assemble, requires only a rubber mallet and a Phillips screwdriver. The heavy duty plastic parts snap together with a tap from the mallet and then are held permanently in place with large wood screws. It took only about 10 minutes to unbox, identify parts, and assemble the complete unit using a screw gun. The instructions are printed on the inside flaps of the cardboard box, eliminating the need for a separate instruction sheet. The hardware kit contained four extra screws. When assembly was complete, I jumped into the cart and my wife gave me an e-ticket ride around the house; I think the cart could easily hold two or three of me. It rolls very easily and smoothly and is highly maneuverable. The only reason I gave this item four instead of five stars is that none of the casters lock or have brakes and, because the unit rolls so easily, if it is on the slightest slope it will roll away. If anyone from Rubbermaid is listening, please put at least two locking casters on this cart! Then it would be perfect!

Excellent cart.
Excellent cart. Easy to construct, but requires an electric drill for the screws. Worth the effort.
