Silicone is always the way to go with ice trays! I always end up cracking plastic trays, and it's just hard to get the ice out of metal ones. But silicone releases the cubes easily. These don't take up too much room in the mini fridge. (I know, I need to defrost - but not right now, I'm making ice!) But they yield a generous amount of nice big cubes. Easy to clean and there's nice colors available that you don't see all the time. I ended up getting the Indigo but the Cayenne is really attractive too.

Nice and deep, so you can make bigger cubes without overflow, which also makes for pretty cubes. I wish they were longer so there could be more cubes - they should make them the same length as a standard ice cube tray.You do basically have to fill each cube one at a time, though, instead of just being able to tilt/shake the tray to even them out like with standard ice cube trays.I don't have a lot of experience with silicone ice cube trays but these are better than the ones I bought that are partially made with rigid plastic. I'll probably end up buying another set because we go through a lot of ice.

I'm not using it for ice cubes, but maybe one day I will.I saw a recipe online that used and recommended these molds.Vegan jello made into single serving jigglers.Deep enough to add fruit.I was skeptical but it worked really well.It's firm so keeps it's shape. Maybe because the back is flat.The jello came out with little effort and in perfect shape.

Me gustaron por el diseño. Dejan cubos perfectamente simétricos. La única desventaja es que los cubos ubicados en las esquinas de las charolas son difíciles de sacar. Aunque el silicon es resistente y no se rompe, al manipularlo para sacar esos cuatro cubos, pareciera que en algún momento pudiera romperse. De ahí en fuera, todo bien

It's an ice cube tray and it works. Love the color too. Summer drinks here we go! Can be a little tricky to remove ice but it's silicone so it won't crack, break or bend in the middle like the old school plastic ones.Just to help the one user out.. I got you don't worry! If it spills when you fill it too much, try filling it less. Thank me later.
