You would be better off buying a stand alone thermal camera. The app that is required for this camera is incredibly buggy, hasn't received an update in 2022, and is very difficult to get working. I have to both reboot my phone, and clear the apps cache, and memory, every time I want to use this camera, and that doesn't even guarantee the thermal camera is detected. This is not plug and play.Plastic mount piece for the camera is flimsy and breaks off easily too.

I was looking at the negative reviews first to see what the complaints were, and it boils down to "manual controls" If you have only ridden in cars with an automatic transmission and you by one with a standard shift you will not be satisfied (maybe it's to much work). This camera accessory is just like this analogy. On the software there are controls for the color (16) palettes, two markers for the color pallet to work within for the Minimum, Center target, and Maximum target range. There is also a filtering which interacts with the phone camera image, needless to say there is a lot to get used to with a non-automatic system but for the money. . . it's great - there just may be a learning curve that is different for each one of us.

It does work. Showed dogs ok. This pic is of an electrical panel with 12 breakers, onlybthe upper left was actually hot. But you cannot see that

The media could not be loaded. The product was delivered very fast and packed well. It comes in a small protective case and the build quality is really solid. The setup is super easy, just download the app and plug the camera into your phone. The app itself is well design and very easy to use. I use the camera from time to time to detect shorted components in motherboards and it gets the job done beautifully. I recommend

The title pretty much says it all. The app needs a full blown tutorial but there aren't even any instructions. That's not because it's complicated at all - it's just counterintuitive. I had hoped to use this to find leaks in my windows in the winter, but even if I point it inside my freezer I see nothing. It will show me where my hand is; I suppose that could be useful if I ever lose track of them.Their web site makes some huge promises like being able to spot deer in the distance. Fat chance.

Is impossible that work because this doesn't detect in my phone (Samsung).. very disappointment

Für den Preis kann sich die Kamera sehen lassen.Leider verfälscht die Filtereinstellung das Ergebnis.Mit der full Range Einstellung und der richtigen Farbskala sind die Fotos brauchbar.Es wäre schön wenn man den Gammawert über einen Schiebebutton in der App verändern könnte.Das letzte Update der App ist auch schon sehr lange her.

Not very good, all the photos i attached were taken from less than a 1m away. I wish i put extra £100 and got something better. For me waste of money.

Simply didn't work. Do not buy.

I have just received this item and it doesn’t work. Waiting for a refund. When you connect to phone absolutely nothing happens.
