This is a nice yoga prop to have for opening the nasal passages for the purpose of nadi purification alternate nostril breathing. At first I didn't think it worked, but after using it a few times I must have gotten it positioned correctly and it opened up my constricted nasal passage within minutes! For any yogi's and yogini's who have a seated meditation practice, I recommend this prop. P.S. I was delighted with the quality of craftsmanship as well.

Used by Great Masters of the past it can help with some postures and exercises, I mainly use this for Naam Simran while a Mala sits in my hand making the experience comfortable.
