Best Omega 3 capsules. I am so glad I did research before purchasing these. They are really good. I don’t eat fish often but these supplements are great if your diet lacks. Though the pill is a bit big, it’s still easy to swallow. I didn’t get any stomach issues when taking the supplement. There is no aftertaste and the quantity is great. Very effective!

Having taken supplements similar to this over the last 24 years since a Heart attack, and having had no repeat Attack in that time, I would have to at least apply partial credit, anyway. What it does leave, is a sense of well being and security with the knowledge that one is being proactive in personal well being of self.
