On its first use, after being charged for 3 hours, it wouldn't stay on for more than 1 hour. UPDATE: The company contacted, and they sent a replacement. After evaluating the first unit, it seems the issue was likely the receiver not holding the charge. The second pair works perfectly and holds a charge for much longer. I'm impressed by how the company handled the issue with my Transmitter/Receiver. This experience gives me confidence that they prioritize customer satisfaction. If I ever need another Transmitter/Receiver, they'll definitely be at the top of my list.

Excelente compra. Me encanta su practicidad. Lástima que su carga no dure más, pero para una presentación de dos horas está bien. Puedes modificar el volúmen con ellos y eso me encanta. Su alcance es muy bueno.

Stopped working about a week after started using it just get this loud hum on the speaker

I've read some of the reviews. Some folks have had issues with 'hiss'? Other negative issues also... I've had the original Nady-Pro system back in the late 70's. They were the first on the market. All the rock-stars used the VHF Nady models... They were about $700+ - way back then... I bought the FM Nady unit, which was in the $400 range... THIS SYSTEM BLOWS THE OLD NADY'S AWAY! TOTALLY... - No hiss whatsoever; with multiple amp brands/models. The big thing - SOUND QUALITY! - EXCELLENT. "AS GOOD AS CORDED". And I've been playing electric guitars for over 40 years - Rock-N-Roll. I even build and work on guitars (Luthier). For $40 bucks, these units are excellent. Good battery life. They take about an hour to charge. Very good wireless range. Quiet. Sound is as good as corded. You know, I can't really ask for more... My old Nady wireless, which I used a lot, really messed with my sound. Not even close to corded. But, it was the only thing available at that time, in the late 70's... The VHF was too pricey for me, but, I think it had better sound... That's what the rock stars were using... All I can say, is, I got a good pair. And I would highly recommend this brand and model/system. I use these transmitters every day. They are really impressive. And no 'telescopic' antenna either, like the old systems... I'm very impressed! :)

Good price and fast shipping and good service

They worked properly for a few months, only to be "unpaired" one day, right before a gig. I followed the instructions to pair the transmitter with the receiver multiple times, but it didn't work. I've had the same experience with a similar brand of these faulty products. Please don't waste your money on cheap stuff, it's better to save and buy the pro ones from reputable brands.

Traveled overseas with these and leaving three stars because they worked extremely well… Unfortunately, until the moment I needed them most. I was using them in a GS mini Taylor travel guitar and worked perfectly for a conference until the last day they completely cut out with no success in reconnection. Both plugs had a full charge and was only standing about 5 feet away from the soundboard. We had to come up with a different solution last minute, so that’s the only reason took away two stars. While they worked great, they worked great. We have bought these before I had not had these kinds of issues so I don’t know what happened.

These contraptions make playing music alot more fun and easy. On stage or in studio, they make you everything much easier. I use multiple sets with no problems.
