Can someone tell me if you know if i can use a different pump on my roku cushion instead of my roku hand pump? my wrist is paining awful from using it

I’m sure you can as long as the rubber piece on the end can fit the other pump. That’s the tube that connects the pump the the stem on the cushion.

Does this pump fit the 18" Roho wheelchair cushion?

I think so- I have an old 1 chamber Roho and a newer 4 chamber Roho; both are 18 inches and it fits on both.
