How long does it take to work?

I ordered this medication for my husband who has dry eyes and has tried other over the counter products. This particular one worked soon after using and he says it has worked the best of anything he has tried.

Manufacturers description says not to use if you have green or yellow discharge. Why not?

I bought this & took my daughter to the ER, I brought it with & the Dr said not to use it because of the chemicals in it. So I threw it away.

Why does this have a Proposition 65 warning in California for lead?

Unsure, but there is no lead. The ingredients are: belladonna, euphrasia officinalis (eyebright), hepar sulphuris, borate buffer, purified water, silver sulfate (as preservative), and sodium nitrate. You can see the ingredients and the full box label on the Similasan website.

difficult to make drop ?

No. You just squeeze the long flexible plastic tip and put the resulting drop in the corner of the eye. I find it easier to do it in the “outside” corner (the one that’s nearest the ear, not the inside corner that’s nearest the nose).
