Bbto 4 Pcs Hearing Aid Clips, Adjustable Anti-loss Lanyard for Senior Adult

I use these colorful clips to keep my 103 year-old mom’s hearing aids together. I couple them to an Apple AirPlay transmitter that allows me to find the little buggers wherever mom has lost them. That combination has saved me thousands of dollars that would otherwise have been spent funding replacement hearing aids. Not only am I pleased, but I’m ecstatic!

They are a bit snug to get on your devices . But the retaining clip doesn’t seem to move at all when closed. We are going to Universal Florida next Week and I am so excited to be able to enjoy the rides with Family . In the past I had to remove my devices and not hear anything, or not go on the ride at all. Not really sure why they seem to market them to seniors? You do not have to be old to have challenges hearing So happy to have such an accessibility device .

Too noticeable Did not care for them.

These are a life saver. My mother in law loses her hearing aids out of her ears all the time. When her hearing aid falls out it can't roll away and is found an replaced quickly. She used the same holder for 18 months before it finally broke. They last and are inexpensive.

We actually use these for cochlear implant retention. The loop is a little small for a cochlear implant, but it assures a super snug retention. I use this for my son, and we like that it is pretty low profile and sturdy. I do wish you could order an all black set though. Not everyone wants to have a super bright tether sticking out of the back of their head. I actually add a small silicone piece to hold the two sides together behind my son’s head so the tether doesn’t stick out on the sides. . I wish the two sides were connected by a better mechanism so they didn’t flair out to the sides. The piece that they have used is way too loose, and it doesn't at all hold the two sides together. See my video to know what I’m talking about. We have gone through quite a few of these sets, but that is because my child is young and every now and again he rips the loop. I do really like these retention cords, just some suggestions to make them even better.

I bought these for my son when he was 3 years old because I wanted something to clean easily and a clip that wasn't metal. My son is now 5 and we still love them! I use soap and warm water to clean them and they have maintained color and quality is still like new. He recently got rechargeable hearing aids so we just push up the lanyard higher on the BTE so they don't pop out of his charger pod. I feel so confident that his hearing aids won't get lost due to the quality of the lanyards (plus my son loves his hearing aids and is very conscious of the fit). I've recommended this product link to my son's DHH teacher and audiologist to share with other parents. I would 100% reorder this product again and again.

This clip is useless for securing my hearing aid. The clip is so tight that I can't even get it to open a small amount to attach it to my hearing aid. My audiologist took a look at it and could not make it work either. I ordered two sets and they are all failures.

These work perfectly to keep hearing aids in place. I especially like the bright colors just in case they get lost, makes it easier to find them.

Two challenges: 1. the clip is not easy to open when you reach behind your head, 2. it takes some strength and perseverance to attach the loops to your hearing aids. However, the latter challenge means they are firmly attached, and one eventually becomes skilled at working the clip. Overall: this is very effective security at a very low cost. One special benefit: the bright colors mean that this would be easy to find if it fell in tall grass or bushes.

Does exactly what it should and look great. They were well priced and because we get four my son's swaps them out whenever he likes.
