A few months after using there is squeaking and a hard grinding feel/clicking coming from one side, how do I fix this? I'm worried about the grinding

Well, mine started squeaking, too. So loud that I couldn’t use it without getting irritated so I went into the kitchen and opened the cabinet looking for cooking spray. I sprayed every moving part except where I place my feet. It stopped squeaking immediately. I suppose Three-n-One oil would work but I didn’t have any.

does the tall handle bar come off for sitting position exercise?

Comes off by removing three screws with the supplied tool. If you want to always use it for sitting excercise just do not install the handle when unpacking the unit.

How can I get a user guide? Mine did not come with one and I need to reset the tracker.

You can look up user guide on line. To reset just hold button for 3 to 5 seconds. Everuthing will reset to 0
