B-Complex - Natures Natural Destressor!
I suffer from stress and am severely anemic (caused by lack of vitamin B-12). I absolutely love Nature's Bounty B-Complex. Since I started taking it, several times a day, as b-complex is water soluble, is natures natural de-stresser, and helps balance out the lack of B vitamins in my body. I have been able to manage my stress easily (mainly work and school induced), while in conjunction with eating better, not suffering from lack of B-12. I love the three pack. I carry one in my backpack, keep one at home on my computer desk and have the third bottle in my desk drawer at work. Anytime a hint of stress heads my way, I pop a couple B-complex and within a shorttime my stress is a thing of the past.
