Easy to digest and help to sleep naturally
This product is a fantastic combination of D3 and Magnesium. I take one every night and sleep through the night. Then I wake in morning, get out of bed with no joint pain. Magnesium has great qualities for relieving muscle cramps and overall better feeling. Some magnesium will cause digestive stress but this one does not. The addition of D3 makes remembering to take D3 effortless.I regret when I go to bed without taking this. Try it and you will be happy with the great night of sleep.

I'm not sure how to review this product but to say it seems to be doing the job. I haven't tested my Vitamin D levels, but I have a sense it's a pretty good combo.

Perfect for my needs
I have chronic pancreatic, no colon and chronic pain. Which leads to no appetite or pain when eating. I LOVE, LOVE,LOVE this brand to help get my needed vitamins. The capsules are small and I have been able to absorb them. Great products made with great ingredients. Bonus, these vitamins literally have my name on it🙂

A+ Absorbency
I have been working on improving my vitamin D levels since mid-2020. I’ve tried various brands but my levels were barely increasing. After a few months of using this brand, I’m happy to report that I am FINALLY in the normal range! Whatever I tried before was not absorbing properly but these work!! I went from 17.9 to 33.1 (standard range is 31 - 80)Hopefully after a few more months I can get even further into the norm.Also - no side effects or issues. I do take these after eating some sort of fat.
