I don’t care what anyone says. This thing is amazing! It’s literally exactly what I wanted. I was able to get filtered water from my main faucet without drilling the countertop. The water tastes perfect, and is definitely better than a Brita. Super simple installation that I was able to do myself. The hot water doesn’t go through the filter. In my building, it takes about 30 seconds for it to get hot anyway. So if I want to save the filter, I can just use hot water for things like dishes. It’s exactly what I was hoping for! The water flow is still great too. Doesn’t seem to take much longer than before to fill a bottle. No leaks either (granted it’s been 1 day). Everything I needed for install was included, except I used my own wrench.

Very much impressed by this product. I was a bit skeptical reason being I was not sure if the leasing manager would allow installing as I stay in a rented apartment. Secondly, I was unsure if I would be able to install it on my own and if I had all the correct tools and skills required to install it. The leasing office took a day or two and approved installation. Although the installation seems pretty straight forward but read the manual and was able to install it within 30 minutes or so. I struggled a bit when I had to attach the blue rings that maintain/regulates the pressure. The only tool needed was the wrench, the screwdriver is optional but I had to use it for the blue rings as I didn't connect it correctly and water leaked a bit but I managed to fit correctly. The good thing is the design, I have just placed it in a standing position, and have not yet fixed/screwed it to the cabinet wall. Also, I did not use the white tape that comes with the filter to stop water leakage reason being it works fine without it, as I am not seeing any water leakage at all. The only advice I would give is just to be careful and gentle on threads as these are plastics ones if go too hard on them chances are that the thread would be cut and then obviously you will need the white tapes. But it doesn't mean that you go for a plumber. If you are careful you can do it on your own. After installation, I monitored for 10 minutes, once I was convinced of no water leakage, I tried the water and it tasted so good and looked clean much better than the one prior to installation where the water was a little yellowish in color, unfortunately, I missed to take the picture before installation of the filter. Normally I don't spend time writing such long reviews but could not stop myself. With this product, you get the same or even better taste of water than 5-gallon water bottle refills. It's just a week, so far results have been good and I hope it lives up to my expectation especially need to see how long the filter life is ??. If not, I will revert with an updated review.

Great filtration system!! I put the task of installing it into the hands of my hubby and he said that it was super easy to install. The water flows out nicely. Tastes great! Even our guests that come over compliment how good it tastes. The whole system fits nicely right under our kitchen sink. We did not have wall space to hang it, but it doesn’t take up too much space. This will be a life long investment and we couldn’t be happier. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The Frizzlife Under Sink Water Filter System SK99-N has been an excellent addition to my kitchen! The installation was straightforward, and it didn’t take long to get up and running. Installation was under 45 minutes including removing the old system from a different company and installing this new one. Everything you need is included. I installed this under the kitchen sink. This system removes all bad taste and odor from our water. Living on Long Island, NY we have hard water and lots of chlorine. This system does a great job in making our water taste great and be odor free. The flow rate is excellent and almost no noticeable decrease in water flow rate. I love the cartridge system as it is easy to change them. Overall I am super happy with this system. For both price and performance, it is a winner! Highly recommended.

Works great for removing lead from water. Tested my before and after and went from 5 to 15 pub to 4 or less ppb of lead. Very easy to set up as well. Took me all of 10 minutes to install under my sink. Definitely recommend.

Update: hasn’t been but 6-7 weeks and pressure has slowed down so much.. I would say well it’s my water system (bc they usually have nasty muddy water) but for last 2-3 months the water has been clean.. This is quite disappointing for the money I paid to have to buy replacement filters every 6-7 weeks. Hate to see it when our water becomes muddy again. Do NOT RECOMMEND for the price. They give u an amazing warranty. Beyond that they give u everything that is needed to hook this up. I personally hooked this up to my small commercial ice machine (250 lb a day- note; it’s rated for this gal per min). It works amazingly. Highly recommend. We will see if the durability holds up, bc our county water system SUCKS. Will update, if it fails.

Hier meine Erfahrungen: ​Installation: Dank der Push-to-Connect-Fittings war das System in etwa 15–20 Minuten unter der Spüle montiert. Man braucht keinen Klempner! ​Filterleistung: Der 3-stufige Filter entfernt Chlor und Schwermetalle spürbar. Das Wasser schmeckt endlich neutral und frisch, fast wie Mineralwasser aus der Flasche. ​Durchflussrate: Trotz der gründlichen Filterung bleibt der Wasserdruck am Hahn angenehm hoch. ​Umweltfaktor: Genial finde ich, dass man nur die Filterkerne wechselt und nicht das ganze Gehäuse. Das spart Plastikmüll und Geld. ​Fazit: Ein faires Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für alle, die keine Lust mehr auf Kistenschleppen haben. Absolute Kaufempfehlung!

Because my house is quite old, I wanted extra peace of mind about water quality, so I switched from a jug-style filter to an under-sink system. I looked for a unit with NSF/ANSI 53 & 42 certifications and 0.5-micron carbon filtration, and this model seemed to meet those criteria, so I ordered it. I don’t have a test kit to measure filtration performance, but the taste is noticeably different from plain tap water, similar to what I experienced with a jug filter. I also have a dishwasher, so I used a 2-way under-sink valve (purchased separately from Bunnings) to connect both the sink mixer and the dishwasher. It’s convenient to rinse fruit and vegetables with filtered water, and I also like having filtered water connected to the dishwasher. The installation was mainly straightforward. It comes with almost everything needed, and I appreciated having both long and short hose options. However, as other reviewers mentioned, the included reducer leaked for me. I tried the supplied sealing material, but it didn’t fully fix it. After switching to a thicker PTFE thread seal tape, the leak stopped. In Australia, it feels like a reducer is needed for the connection, but it would be even better if it could be designed to connect more directly without one. Despite that, I’m very happy overall with the system. One quick note: when you turn it on for the first time, you may see black water for 2–3 seconds, but it clears quickly.
