Great keto pasta option
I think my most favorite one is the rice alternative has a great texture and there’s so much more enjoyable than eating cauliflower rice. I love eating it with a mariner meat sauce, but have also made Korean beef bowls is with it and that is also delicious.

Meh - pretty good overall...🤷🏽♀️
This is a good low carb pasta. It is not “chewy” and “slippery” like regular pasta and has somewhat of a waxy texture, but I actually like it. It is dense and can be cooked al dente. It reminds me of a pasta made from chickpeas. It does turn the cooking water yellow, so maybe there is vegetable color in it(?). I enjoy it mostly with sauce and cheese. I tried it with olive oil, cheese, and garlic and it was just “okay”. I probably should have added more cheese. But to really enjoy this pasta, I would say you need to dress it with something saucy, like a red, Alfredo, or blush/vodka sauce. I also think this pasta would do great as a Mac and cheese. So far I have only had the rotini. I am looking forward to trying the other past types that came with my order!

nastiest tasting ever
It is the worse tasting product passing itself off as food. Even after 25 minutes it still wasn't cooked and the mouth feel is grainy with a horrid taste. So very expensive and it's not returnable so to me that says they know how bad it is and knowingly they hooked another sucker. BUYER BEWARE

Just really not good
Oh my. I was enchanted by the options and my continued pursuit of finding a pasta replacement. This is not it. Looks right on the package, starts to cook like normal, isn’t horrible at first but oye! You can’t cook this long enough to make it even start to be light enough. It’s heavy and after it cools, it’s like chunks of paste. There isn’t enough sauce or cheese or butter to dent this stuff.

Kinda chewy
No matter how long you cook them the consistency doesn’t seem to change much.

Pretty good, but too expensive.
The taste is decent, but I think I’ll stick with my cheap 4 dollar box of green edamame pasta. Tastes pretty good and has similar nutrition facts.

Really good pasta sub. Do not overcook!
Do not overcook! I cooked the pasta for 7.5 minutes then tossed it with a cheese sauce and baked it in a casserole. It came out great! I was so pleasantly surprised at how good the pasta was. Nothing matches real wheat flour pasta but this definitely scratches the itch and is very filling!Worth noting, the longer the pasta sits in the sauce it will start to become more gummy. Make only enough for the meal you’ll eat. No recommended for leftovers.
