How does this work in beef

I use it on pork and deer and it is amazing. Do not see any reason it would not work well on beef.

Does this have MSG in it?

To the best of what I can tell, there is no msg in the seasoning. However, I almost positive that the cure does have msg.

There are several different seasonings in each different seasoning mixes. Your question is not reasonable. Be more specific.
