Machine broke down after 1 year
Immediately after warranty expired, machine broke down. Asked for invoice but not available even before warranty expired.

Good brand and efficiency
Just because its samsung its good and have a high efficiency in cleaning , but there is a major problem the reservoir is very dificult to remove and install back , the small and weak hook got broken even before i started using the vaccum , dont waste your money buy diferent vaccums
