Works very well with Bridges and Implants

Got my first implant and purchased these to help keep clean better than bruising alone. Still trying to figure them out. Too thick to use for regular dental floss and somewhat of a challenge to get under the implant. Not convinced.

Love these! They have stiffer ends which make them much easier to thread through and they are thicker and shorter than the ridiculous Oral-B flossers. I shared a pack with my dental hygienist and she was very impressed as well. Their office is switching to these. Truly makes all the difference in

I love this product. I’ve been using it for years. My dental hygienist kept mentioning Super floss when I described these, so I tried that brand and didn’t like it at all- Icky texture! This brand has a much more pleasant texture and works better. I only use the fuzzy part, but it works well on the bigger gaps between teeth. They have two kinds. One has longer tails on it to go through bridges, braces, etc.. these have the shorter tails.

I don’t remember where I got the first dental floss for this issue but it was a different brand. This one is awful right out of the shoot and I have a number of packages. The floss can be removed from the upper part of the package and the opening is nicely closed with a sticky door. However the floss seems stuck when you try to remove it completely. The first two times it even injured the opening when trying to pull it out;. Perhaps this one was filled incorrectly. It is most irritating to be unable to even get the tool out of the packaging.

I got these to help with flossing my bridgework and implants crowns. I used threaders and regular floss before, and I sometimes felt that the floss didn't get everything. Water irrigators didn't always help. The floss on the Proxysoft is thicker and softer than regular dental floss, and it feels like the Proxysoft is getting into crevices and spots that regular dental floss doesn't. There is a slight learning curve since the waxed ends that you use to thread sometime start to bend when you try to push it through a tight spot in the bridge or between implant crowns. Sometimes, but not often, I still need to use the threader to pull the Proxysoft through, but I feel it's worth it since my teeth feel cleaner after using it.

This is the only kind of floss that works for my dental implants. The only kind I buy now.

Recommended by my dentists for cleaning at the top of a crown deposits. The wire goes through the tooth and the thicker part you move over the crown back and forth then pull from the side to extract any debris. Does a clean job.
