Disgusting. Watch out some hidden 'surprises' in some of these bars
Please be careful when purchasing this product. I had recently ordered a pack of these oatmeal flavored ones and my tooth hit something hard (not a nut). When I spit it out it was a hard chunk of plastic. The next time I purchased the mocha kind and got a gross thick hair in them (not a head hair, thicker). I will not ever purchase this product ever again. This does not reflect on the people selling/delivering them so rating was higher than the 0 or 1 I wanted to use.

Have purchased the GoMacro Macrobar in the past in many flavors. Purchased two through Whole Foods Market Prime delivery. I have read some reviews on Amazon about protein bars arriving stale, dry, or expired. Did not expect to have a disappointing experience when purchasing from WFM. Both Macrobars were unusually sticky/tacky. I unwrapped and placed one bar on a paper towel and it stuck so much that I could not peel the paper off. The part I was able to try had a stale, off-taste. It was inedible. I’ve tried a lot of protein bars over the last 20+ years and don’t expect them to taste like homemade cookies. But these were terrible. The heavy cologne/fragrance all over the packaging did not help either. I had to wipe off the package before I opened it. The fragrance permeated the packaging and was also on the bar. I expect WF natural policies to extend on every single product I purchased that day to not be drenched in artificial fragrance.

It is only 4 bars. That is all that was delivered to my house. 4 bars for the price of a dozen. COMPLETE SCAM!
