Yes, it is activated by their meows. The danger does not come from where you'd expect though. My cat tried to take on the neighborhood squirrels but now they have taken up a full blown offensive against the neighborhood. Please send help!

The body of the costume fits my cat perfectly, the hat could use a tighter chin strap but nothing a sewing needle cant fix! Will be purchasing similar products in the future!
