Does this stuff actually remove the cuticle, or do I still have to clip them off?

Yes you still have to physically remove the excess dead skin. The solution will soften the cuticle enough that you can push them back with ease and then use a buffer to gently remove debris or a cuticle nipper if needed. You only remove the dead skin, not the live skin still attached. Doing nails 15 yrs I've never actually found a solution that "physically removes" the cuticle.

How long do you leave it on

It doesn't seem to take long at all. Because it is watery, I put a drop on my nail (in attempt to not make a mess) then pushed back my cuticle with my tool then work on the next nail. Once I finished my hand I washed it with soap and a nail brush. This stuff is awesome! Works fast with little effort.

When using this product you do need to be a little careful. I have heard that people have had a burning feeling if they leave it on their skin for too long. So please test this out on a small area first before diving in. Thankfully I have not had a reaction. But I am careful to only do one hand at a time and I wash everything off in between. Blue Cross cuticle remover is a liquid instead of a gel or cream. I have found the best way to apply it is by dipping a Q-tip into the bottle and dabbing it around my nail. After applying Blue Cross to the entire hand I go back to the first nail and start pushing the cuticle back gently with a cuticle pusher. Muy dañino

Al primer uso parece una maravilla, yo me realizo la manicura una vez a la semana y con el paso de unos 3 meses mis uñas se empezaron a dañar muchísimo hasta estrías le salieron. Lo bueno es que al dejar de usarlo se mejoro el problema. No recomiendo su uso es muy corrosivo es mejor usar productos tradicionales aunque tome un poco mas de tiempo :)

Works perfectly without drying

This really works great! It’s thinner than I expected and you only need a tiny bit on a Q-tip, applied to the cuticle. It softens the skin really quickly and doesn’t leave the skin feeling dry. The bottle is large and given how little you need, it’ll last for ages.
