Works fairly well.
So far these are the only thing that helps my dry mouth a little. They do leave a film or stickiness in my mouth. I use them at night only because of this. As soon as you drink something that goes away along with the effectiveness. They do taste good and are easy to use. Just pop it in your mouth and suck on it well that’s what it says. Anyone with dry mouth knows you can’t really suck on anything without adding water to it which doesn’t last. So I chew them up. That works too. I’ll continue to buy them as they are the only thing that helps at night.

Fast delivery. The wintergreen flavor is not overwhelming. But I find that it doesn’t last long and doesn’t make as much saliva.

Works great!
My mom has tried a lot of things for dry mouth. This product works really well for her. It lets her sleep without waking up with a painfully dry mouth. She tried the kind that sticks to your gums, but that ended causing a lot of soreness and irritation of her gums. These have been so helpful for her.

A good mouth moisturizer!
Often I get dry mouth at bedtime or through the night. These really help. And if I’m somewhere that I can’t get a drink of water, I can pop one of these in my mouth too.

Misleading
Not what I thought I was fine. It does not stick to your teeth and therefore does not offer any usefulness. It's the ad was placed in such a way that it misleads. I was requesting stick on xylamel and got these.
