After YEARS of searching I’ve finally found a hair dye that changes the colour of my hair! Dark-haired girlies will understand! My hair is naturally dark brown and lost count of how many times I’ve been left disappointed after using a dye as you could hardly see the colour. But not with this!! YAY! 🙌 Dye was super easy to use and didn’t stress me out like others I’ve used in the past. Developing time was only 30 minutes which is less than lots of others I’ve used. I got dye on my white dressing gown and it washed out no problem. The only tiny negative is that somehow some of the dye had gone through the gloves, not sure how, but washed off easy. And I’m so buzzing with it that still deserves 5 stars. I hope the before & after pics help other dark-haired girls choose as there wasn’t many pics when I was trying to pick one that was going to work, for a change. This will be my go to from now on and the fact that it’s vegan too is an added bonus as that’s what I choose over non-vegan dyes. Highly recommended from one very happy dark-haired gal 😉 (Please note: the 3rd photo is with sunlight shining on my hair which is why it looks lighter)

the hair dye is easy to work with and gentle on the hair however if you have light blonde hair it will look bright orange, so not for people who want a more toned down colour. would look more toned if you had slightly darker hair.

Good product

I'm a natural ginger anyway but it started to lose its vibrancy and looked like a dull strawberry blonde. I bought this on a whim as the results on the box looked a bit of a brighter version of my ginger from years ago. The photo is 4 weeks after I dyed it and it's still as vibrant! Very impressed, was easy to use and the smell isn't as strong as some I've used in the past. I bought a brush and mixing pot to make the application easier and it worked amazingly. I don't use colour protect shampoo either, just normal itchy scalp head and shoulders so wasn't expecting the colour to hold but it really has. I've bought my second box ready for when my roots start coming through as I cannot fault this brand or colour at all. Definitely recommended if you're looking for a budget friendly home kit.

Beautiful colour, stays longer

Made my hair go dark red when it was supposed to be a light orange. I can’t fully blame the dye as i’ve had red hair ages ago so it’s possible there was traces but it’s really disappointing as now I have to strip my entire head of hair. Did leave my hair extremely soft though!

First photo is from the day I dyed it, second is how it looks almost 2 weeks later. I have brown hair so was incredibly skeptical that it would go on. I didn’t want to risk wasting the dye so bleached my hair first. So this is the result on bleached hair! It has faded a little by washing it every few days. But it still looks great!
