Am I able to place vinyl stickers on the jackets without them coming off?

Yes I used plain white stickers and wrote what record it was on them

I want to use these in my English class for a project where students create their own record album for a short story. Are these easy to draw/color on?

Yes , very nice quality and easy to paint or Draw on …

Is there such a product as glare free!

Not sure what you mean. I didn’t notice a glare to them but there are other ones that are tan but I preferred these I bought the other one because they weren’t in stock at the time
