Does it work with textiles? Would it wash off?

It will harden on textiles. Look for true textile paint if you want a less hard surface. Since the fabric is very stiff I wouldn’t think it will wash off but I never tried washing the fabric I painted with this paint.

What is the difference between deep gold and fine gold options ?

fine gold is more easy to use. I bought both and mixed each of them on my metal palette and found that the deep gold is just gold let's say,nothing special. Fine gold is more beautiful. here is the metal palette I used to mix them. good luck: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0748H2HQ6

Iridescent gold is permanent?

To the best of my knowledge, Golden acrylic paints is a permanent paint. I would definitely try calling a representative at Blick or Cheap Joe’s or a reputable online art supplies company and ask for the notation on the lightfastness, it is listed on the tube or jar, as all information including the color properties. I have used metallic paints in acrylic and watercolor and it still has lasted years.
