Outstanding value quick delivery, and better than first thought. I am very pleased with the new bike., the colour is pretty. Easy to assemble and it is perfect for my eight miles commute everyday. The handlebar is straight as I wanted and the seat is very comfortable. The ride is smooth and it doesn't feel heavy. I strongly recommend this bike as it is cheap, beautiful and does its job!

A cracking bike for what you pay, it looks great and if you have the right tools it's easy to put together (they have a video above, and Youtube has planty of hints n tips) The only negative (minor) is....like all bikes in this style it is heavy (metal mudguards, pannier rack, basket all add weight) This bike is approx 17kg, the Halfords or Decathlon ones are a similar weight unless you start paying £230+.

So the bike came with no tools or instructions. But if you have a brain cell or better still have put a bike together before then it’s pretty straight forward, but to be honest you could probably google any bike instructions and these would help. Basket arrived the day before, was a little concerned as there were no screws, but these were boxed up with the bike. One very small dent and one patch of bubbling paint. These are small and I only mention them as I know they would bother some people. Rode the bike a few times now and it works well. I live in a rural location mainly on dirt bridal paths and so far it’s handled well. Similar bikes are cheaper, but this was purchased as it would arrival before Christmas and it was a gift so that was great.

Happy customer. Able to assemble myself. Tools provided fine also needed screwdriver. Took two hours. Thing of beauty. Comfortable to ride. Would recommend. I'm a big gal 5ft 8 & about 12 stone and no sign of buckling under my weight! However for those really into bikes, this is my first and have nothing to compare it with!

The bike gave me a lot of issues, the chain constantly comes off , the frame rusted quickly and the quality is poor. I don’t recommend it.

Ordered this bike last week and received it within 4 days. Easily put together and looks great.Very comfortable seat too. Been out for first ride this afternoon and I'm really impressed. Will be excellent for my 6 mile commute to work. Well worth the money.

The bike arrived damaged; the front wheel and the front mud guard were both damaged and dented. The rest of the bike is fantastic and although a little fiddly to put together it looked great. Amazon gave me a discount because of the damage because the alternative was to disassemble the bike and return it... not a pleasant thought. I'd recommend this bike but I'd warn that you should buy it with enough time to return it if it's damaged and or source replacement parts if you don't want to return it.

Best to take to a bike shop to put together as we did wrong and instructions aren’t the best Super great value and just what I wanted- on amazing bike brown leather bag works perfect too.
