I struggle with getting the right shade for my completion in powdered form as the undertone is always either too warm or to cool, never neutral. Initially bought the wrong shade (chestnut) based on the colour in the amazon photo. It matched some elements of my tone but was too cool and much lighter overall. I was able to return with no issues which I was extremely grateful for. I went on the Flori Roberts website to get more information so I can choose the correct shade. They recommended bittersweet or mink as I normally wore nw45 in MAC studio fix powder. As they changed the formula, I no longer have match with any of their powder shade. I think mink would have been perfect for me as bittersweet looked extremely dark in the pictures however, with a side by side picture of me and the model wearing bittersweet and mink and it looked like a close match in terms of shades and undertones. As this seller did not have the mink shade, I tried bittersweet. I am very pleased to say that it's a 90%match! This is now my go too product until I am able to try the mink shade. Needless to say, I will be purchasing a few a time just in case it is no longer available in the future. I will also try their products to assess coverage as I am wearing it as a light cover for my skin to look naturally even. I strongly recommend going to website and compare the models' picture with your own first before buying here. You'll be pleasantly surprised.
