I drink a lot of water during the day and if you do that, you might be at risk of washing out all your electrolytes, so I use a half of a scoop of this in a large water bottle each day. I tried using a full scoop, but it gave me “The runs;” if you know what I mean: you just need to test it out for yourself and see how much your body can handle. Mixes up well and the taste is good.

Excellent flavor and texture.

Product is very good, it dissolves easily in water. The length of the scoop handle is perfect. Product has zero sugar but the taste is very sweet which is great for some people but it doesn't help me on my goal to reduce my cravings for sweets.

The product arrived with moisture in it so it is crystallized and hard. I am disappointed that I can not return it. I am hoping for a reimbursement or a new package. Rescinding the negative rating, Perfect Keto came through and sent a new container. Thank you!

Have been purchasing another powdered electrolyte mix; decided to try this because of potassium added and flavor sounded refreshing. Unfortunately, mix seems lumpy and somewhat moist in container as pictured by another buyer in their review. Flavor is not appealing; has an artificial taste chemical taste. Will stick to other brand which offers a large variety of flavors; have enjoyed every one i've tried.

The contents became solid, don't know if it was humidity getting in or the silica gel package not working. It feels like a crumbly rock. When I scrape the rock the solid dissolves in water but it takes a bit of mixing. I'd not buy again.

I think I've had problems with my electrolytes for a long time. Since adolescence I've been prone to get charley horses, and have been told that it is due to either a potassium or magnesium deficiency. After starting the keto diet two months ago, I had even more trouble with electrolyte imbalance. This supplement helps me get enough electrolytes; I take it morning and evening and don't have muscle spasms or heart palpitations or anything like that. The black cherry flavor is tasty though there is also a saltiness, since the product contains Himalayan sea salt. It's not too bad, really; you get used to the salty cherry flavor.

Started keto and have had the headaches. Drink it first thing in the morning and feel so much better. Taste is good. Definitely recommend this product
