Excellent customer service!
This reel looks amazing! The pricing on this is well below the relative quality given. I’m not a rich guy and researched quite a bit to get the best value. I am pleased. I’ve had no problem pulling grouper off the bottom or getting a stubborn amberjack to the boat. My advice is to put high quality lubricant throughout the moving parts before you go. I realized that they can’t ship the reel if it is overly lubricated. Even with a fresh water rinse, I apparently missed the clicker mechanism. Their customer service was immediate and extremely courteous. They have a customer for life. These guys are doing it right at an amazing price point.

Works well
A great salt water fishing reel. It took a couple of good sized fish to learn the reel but now I love it.

Piece of garbage don’t waste your money
I bought two of these reels. They both had issues the very first fishing trip handle came off one gear, slipping in the other one in my opinion pieces of junk.

Good solid reel
I've only used this a couple of times and it has worked great. The drag works well and it retrieves the line fairly fast (6:1 ratio). I have to keep my thumb on the spool if I plan to send the line out away from the boat (not a casting reel), but for trolling it works great!
