Tins Gone Bad
I bought these a few months back. They were kept in a slightly cool room temp kitchen larder. I brought them out this morning. All of the tins had gone bad. They were supposed to be good until at least end of December (It's currently July). All of the tins were bubbled and smelled of rotting corpses. So gross. Usually Cento is a decent brand. Not sure of the what/where/how on this, but heads up.

Excellent in many ways
These are very good for adding to your dish be it marinara, or Caesar dressing. I use alot of them and am very pleased. However, if you’re just eating the fillets there are better choices for more money.

Very good anchovies
Great fillets. Love them in my spaghetti, on pizza, or just on garlic toast. They are rather salty but I like salty. I just use less salt in my sauce. I've heard that you can rinse anchovies in water and it tames the salt but I've not tried that
