Great Producy
This works great, size is as advertised and is very lightweight. It is just a bit hard to get water out of the bottom compartment due to its shape. Its not super easy to clean due to this, but I love being able to have homemade coffee on a budget!

perfect espresso every time
excellent. If you have a store that grinds coffee on site, you can set it to grind for espresso as it will be fresher than buying espresso grind online. Be sure to fill the bottom with water up to the valve. Then fill the small cup above that with grinds and level off without tamping down. You want the water to be able to rise through. Also, take the gasket out after each use and wash that and the round screen. DO NOT POUR THE WATER IN THE TOP. The water must go in the bottom so you don't boil dry and the water rises up through the lightly packed coffee. When it starts to rise through, watch really carefully and when almost done, get it off the heat. Again, you don't want it to boil dry and burn the bottom. If it is well cared for, it should last for years. Just right for one person. Never buy aluminum. This is good stainless steel

A Nice Moka Pot. Worth it.
I wanted a pot that was sized for a double shot and I wanted a stainless pot. This pot is both. I already had a 1 cup and a 6 cup of the original, and a 3 cup off-brand, all made from aluminum. The 1 cup model has been getting the most use. I make each cup fresh, usually 2-3 cups a day. Note that a cup of espresso is ~50 cc. By adding boiling water the concentrated espresso is diluted and becomes an Americano, which is typical in concentration of flavor with typical office or diner coffee. I really like the extra flavor kick of the double shot. This pot will get a lot of use. It's light and has a small footprint (very nice when camping). The design is attractive and functional. It makes coffee as well as all my other mocha pots. The gasket is silicone, and I've never had a silicone gasket fail. It's just as easy to take the gasket and filter out for cleaning as it is on the original. The handle seems quite sturdy. Glad I tried it; I'll keep it.

Not true stainless steel quality — seal keeps slipping
I’ve been using this coffee maker for a while, and while it does the job, the quality isn’t great. The metal feels very light and thin, not like sturdy stainless steel. After some use, the inside developed stains that are really hard to remove — even after soaking and scrubbing, the marks remain (see photos). Another issue is the rubber seal around the lid. It keeps coming loose when I wash or close it, which makes the lid less secure and sometimes causes small leaks. It’s annoying to fix every time.

Does not seal properly and water drips on the stove
Used it only a few times and it has seal issues … water constantly drips on the stove

Works great
Economical and does what it's supposed to do very well.

Nice single serve espresso maker.
Nice single serve top of the stove espresso maker. Perfect for me. The inside of both chambers are finished with stainless steel. I validated this with a magnet. Some of the exterior parts are aluminum as verified with the magnet (the metal is not magnetized). Most importantly, the coffee is not in contact with aluminum.
