Quality is great! Perfect size. The colors and design are just as described and the best part is they are reusable. I used these to hang from my ceiling for my son’s Halloween theme birthday and they will be reused for Halloween. It beats purchasing balloons that will be popped and a waste of time blowing them up and money I feel personally.

These were easy to set up and take down. They are delicate so I made a few holes taking them down but easily reusable for other events. Worth the money!
