Improves Cold Shifting on Aston Martin Vantage Manual Boxes
Bought for a gearbox oil change on an Aston Martin V8 Vantage, has improved cold gear changing. Delivery was surprisingly fast and the product was safely packaged.

5 liter will be more than enough with 25% of 1 liter left to flush both the rear differential and manual transmission for an Audi A4 3.0 Quattro. Company says gear oil never needs changing but it does by 100-110k kms for the diff and MT can wait till 140-150k kms. Wow! After the gear oil change, I could feel how much smoother the car rolls and now needs more brake pressure to slow down. Definitely better on gas now. Note: If you have a sticky/stiff shifter when the car is hot, the gear oil change will not fit it. The shifter column parts have a minor issue.

Motul 7100 10W Excellent ester synthetic — noticeable improvement in shifting and engine feel** I switched to Motul 7100 10W-40 for my sport/adventure bike and it's been a great upgrade over standard semi-synthetic oils. This is a 100% synthetic, ester-based 4T oil, and you can tell the difference right away — throttle response feels sharper and gear changes go in smoother, especially when riding hard or hitting higher RPMs. Clutch engagement is strong with zero slipping, which is important since some "friction modified" oils cause issues in wet-clutch systems — this one's formulated correctly for that. Engine also seems to run a touch cooler and quieter, likely due to the better film strength ester oils are known for.
