Absolutely terrible after-sales service. The product stopped working within just 6 months, and when I contacted customer support, they asked me to send it to a service center located in a non-serviceable PIN code. How is a customer supposed to get it repaired if the company itself says the location is not serviceable? The company advertises service support, but in reality, no service is provided at all. This is extremely frustrating and feels misleading. If your product develops a fault, don't expect any meaningful assistance. Do not buy this product if you expect warranty support or reliable customer service.
