This stuff worked really well on me! It made me feel weak and sluggish the first two days but I slept like a rock! It tastes disgusting, but soooo worth the muscle relaxation and sleep! I’m warning you, though, it looks milky in the water.

It definitely works. :) As far as chunkiness or palatability goes: I found mixing it with some water in a blender bottle is super easy and takes care of chunks. It's like mayyyybe a little chalky, but I mix it with half a packet of Liquid IV strawberry flavor with about 12-16oz of water with some ice in it, and its pretty yummy.

I've used one of the 'other magnesium' supplement powders for years; and decided to give another brand a try. I don't necessarily believe you need to have the probiotics - and generally question the need for so many products touting "probiotic" anyhow - but; I wanted to try a lesser costly product. And in my opinion 'magnesium is magnesium' - i use this at night to help me sleep better and relieve any muscle cramping I might experience; (usually due to hydration) and so - from a price point you can't beat this product. I'd reccomend.

This is a good product and good value. I use one I like better. But this is a good backup in case I can’t get my other brand.
