How long does it take to build

From beginning to end, about a good day of effort. I have had mine for a few years, since I only work on it in my spare time.

Can you build it without the sleeper?

The shell is molded into one piece, but if your good with modeling you could probably cut the back off and redo it

So everything comes with the truck except servos,esc,tx/rx. Does the truck come already painted blue?

No. The body is molded in basic white. That means you can paint it any color you like. Just be sure that you use paint for plastic model kits.

what does the kit come with, does it have the drive motor and battery

The kit comes ONLY with the motor. The radio (transmitter and receiver), servos (for the steering, transmission, and trailer legs), Multi-Function Control Unit (MFC-01), and battery are all sold separately.
