I am a natural blond and most conditioners tend to stay on my hair and dull it. I have been using this brand for years with great results. It doesn't take more than a nickle or quarter size amount on your hand and it works well for me getting fine hair untangled. I haven't used anything else in many many years.

I have white hair. John Frieda conditioner gives my hair high lights and allows my hair to have a soft curl. The product is for blondes and like I said, it is th right product for my hair. I get many complements on my hair color.

I'm not a blonde, but this conditioner is perfect for warming up medium brown hair with natural red and gold highlights. My hair has always had interesting highlights, but as the gray starts to set in, the overall tone is a decidedly ashy brown (I'm not a fan). This conditioner warms my hair up in a very natural way (not brassy at all). There is a shampoo, but I don't see a difference with or without it. My curly hair is also very dry and I find this conditioner does a great job moisturizing. I will even put a little dab on the ends before I run out in the morning. Great product!
