I purchased a more expensive vibration plate that I returned. I found this for half the price and took a chance. I have been using this for 3 months now. It is built pretty strong and so far has not disappointed me. I really can't tell if it's improving my health or not. I'm definitely not losing weight from using it. I will continue to use this product because I like the way it makes me feel. Hopefully just because I can't see immediate results doesn't mean that it's not doing something positive for me!

I purchased this item and I returned it right away because it wasn’t doing what supposed to doVery low intensity of vibration. Maybe it will be good for foot massage to help with blood circulation a little bit. I don’t recommend this item to be on amazon.

I got this to work muscles to burn calories and strengthen bones. It feels like my back is much stronger. I'm up to 25 minutes a day. I use it in the bathroom while I do hair and makeup. My calf muscles feel firm. I've lost e lb. I’m very happy. It’s been about 20 days. I am up to about 25 minutes on the "fast run" level (it has its own button). It's so easy to use. I feel energized yet relaxed after using it. I can feel a pleasant buzzy feeling in my feet afterward, like you may get after exercise.
