No, this product is not OSHA approved.

Would this have prevented my 5 staple laceration from the impact of a pry bar i was pulling on over my head when the bar slipped off the anchor point?

I’ve never had a crow bar hit my head with one of these things on so I wouldn’t know about that. However, due to my work in confined spaces, I’ve hit my head on fat industrial studs that were protruding from the wall or ceiling pretty good and this bump cap protected my head from any lacerations/damages.

Which one bump hat osha approved?

This cap is by no means a safety hat as required on construction sites, however, it is perfect when working in attics, crawlspaces or any other tight space that you may be bumping your head. I use when inspecting crawlspaces and have tested it many times bumping a beam and it doesn't hurt as bad if no cap worn.

Has anyone put this under a Carhart cap? If so, did it fit?

Yes it does fit the Carhartt. Specifically I have the flexfit hat.
