Water leakage every time and i m regret to purchase the item. Not worth it what I paid for item.

1. The glass bottle and the crystal arrives in great new, and non-damaged condition. 2. The crystal is tightly tied down with wires, onto the bottom lid. 3. The top & bottom lids screw on tightly. 4. Water did NOT spill from the top nor from the bottom. 5. About 4-5 ice cubes can fit into this glass bottles on top of the crystal. 6. The plain black bottle cover was included. 7. The bottle cover fits snug & tight. 8. The handles on top of the lid and on the cover, are convenient to carry the bottle. 9. The Rose Quartz Crystal is mezmerising, and can attract magical properties. ****BE CAREFUL: Wash Before Using. Small Pieces Of The Crystal Fall Off And Move Inside The Glass Bottle.

Packed in an oversized box without protection. It arrived with small cracks in the crystal that were floated in the bottle. Base does not lock in place and water pours of it, meaning it is useless. Refund required
