I love how you can mix and match some of the recipes so there's no waste and love that there aren't any new, weird and wonderful and obscure ingredients in every recipes (you all know what I'm talking about)! There might be the odd unsual ingredient but I came to find that is was used in other recipes as well so you weren't left with 200g packet of something and you only used a teaspoon of it- you will use it in another one of their recipes!
