Does this have a matching tank lid?

I purchased the elongated toilet seat with lid. A tank lid comes with a toilet.

Is the dresden blue color a match for the dresden blue of the 70's? Also, is this seat a soft shut?

Not sure if the color is an exact match to Dresden Blue but should be close. Neither the seat or cover is padded.

Can i return these unused items after the return window closed on sep 27, 2018 (i was late getting someone to install and they do not match) ?

Why are the protective bumpers gray not blue?
