Perfect! I have long fingers and nails! Thin handles on so many things make it so hard to hold on without hurting myself. These open easily and have a good grip to them! Fits on multiple handles and bands. No color transfer to hand. I think I may by a few more sets!

Finally found these to use with my adjustable dumbbells. Without them the bar's diameter is too small and is very painful to use when I go to my max lifting weight. I used to use cut up barbell pads but those are too thick and make balancing the dumbbell trickier. This product spreads the weight making most of the pain disappear and yet aren't so thick that it makes gripping the bar or balancing it difficult. Wish I had found/bought these years ago.

Not much to say, they’re decent grips. One very annoying thing is that the logo is depressed into them, so you will feel that cutting into your hands a bit when using heavier weights. It does bother me but it’s not worth returning them over.Also, it comes with a drawstring pouch that says “Strainho” on it, which is hilarious. I might just bedazzle it and use it as a conversation bag.

I use them on my curl bar. They protect my hand well.If I had any wish, it would be that they were a little thinner for my short fingers to reach around more.

I didn't like them because They grips kept separating when lifting. They maybe OK for someone else but not me.

The slight thickness increase in the middle feels good on the palm. Use um on everything. If you have any carpal tunnel or arthritis issues you'll appreciate these. No negatives

1/4" gap in the rubber. They won't rap around the dumbbell handles. They're standard weights. I have to give it a 2 because it doesn't fit. Should send it back but I'm not wasting my time.
