Over the years, I have used many different methods to take care of my persistent callous heels, and most of the time have to use the callous shaver which can lead to cuts, even if you are careful. I decided to try this scrubber since it has such great reviews but was skeptical as my last scrubber which was made out of metal did not work so well and hurt my heels. I know my glass nail files work great for my nails, so why not. I glad I did, this was absolutely the fastest and painless method I have ever used. I did both of my heels in less than 10 minutes, I scrubbed one heel dry and the other wet and both worked fantastic but for me I like the wet process better, it was faster and gentler, I literally just wet my heel, I did not soak it. As you can see by the pictures, it works. The only thing to warn you about is that you need to be careful, it is a nail file but is sturdy but hard to hold on to, which they figure out how to mount it on an handle. I will continue to use it, because it is making how fast and easily it worked and did I mention painless? Love it!!

After reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did! I actually had this sitting in my cart for a while, forgot about and then it went on sale so, I really had very little to lose if it disappointed. I immediately used it and was genuinely shocked how well it worked. I had few spots on my toes and heals that were pealing from an old blister and wearing flip flops, it completely smoothed it down with no trace. It took me a little bit to figure out the best way to hold it and if I should move in one direction or back and forth. For me, going with the grain of my skin in a back forth motion worked best. I even used it on a tiny dry spot on my elbow. I don't think I have ever felt my feet feel this smooth. With a small amount of lotion afterwards, my skin feels like silk! The surface felt sticky when I took it out of the box but I realized it was the nano micro surface. It cleaned up very easily and I stored it back in the box since it is glass. I will be buying one for all the ladies and maybe a few fellas in my life. I am also going to gift one to my manicurist. This will be the best money you have ever spent on a pedicure file.

Does a great job and so far hasn’t diminished in performance like other similar devices that I’ve purchased.

Great file, the only reason I can not give it 5 stars is that it is very hard to hold onto because it is so small.

Let me start off by saying I'm REALLY picky about having nice/clean feet, even in the winter I do pedicures to keep my feet in good shape (not as often as in the warmer months, but I still try hard to keep up with them). I've always used the cheese grater type foot files, but they leave a lot to be desired, especially when you're really getting into cleaning up your feet really well right when winter is ending so that you can be ready to wear cute shoes in the warmer months (I literally go through a whole pedicure routine of Epsom salt foot baths, foot moisturizer and socks, and filing before bed for a whole month or so before the cute shoes can even come out of the closet). Anyway, I just got this thing today and holy cow! My feet feel as soft as a baby's bottom and it didn't take much time to get those results either (not even 5 minutes each foot). I thought this might just be a "Chinese piece of junk" but figured I would give it a try since it wasn't expensive and I'm such a stickler about my feet and none of the other files I've ever used have left me in awe and let me tell you, I'm so glad I gave it a try! I only have two "complaints". 1) I would prefer if it were bigger (closer to the size of an oval paddle brush) - this thing is only a couple of inches at it's widest point; 2) It would be helpful if they would incorporate some sort of grip/handle - I can imagine if someone has a lot of work to do, it would probably start hurting the hand from trying to grip this small/smooth egg-shaped thing for so long - as previously noted, I didn't even use it for 10 minutes total and I was already getting a little bugged that it was so small and doesn't have any grip. Other than that, I love it! I can't speak to longevity (obviously) but I'm still giving it 5 stars because at the end of the day, it did its job of making my feet soft and it did it really well - if I have to buy another in the relatively near future, it's okay because it's not really priced in a way that will break the bank. PS I showered and wore sandals for a couple of hours so my feet were completely DRY before I used it. I'm not so sure it would work well if the feet are wet. Happy feet cleaning!

I have had three small cracks on the back of my heels for years. I have been to nail salons, used feet scrubs and rollers, nothing would take the cracks off my feet. I havent been to get a pedicure since covid and my feet were very dry. I was looking on amazon and came across this product. I will be a customer for life. I already ordered two for my parents. My dad is type one diabetic and cannot use most feet products but this one is so gentle on your skin I had to get him one. I woke up after using and rubbed my feet together and I cannot remember my feet feeling so soft. Literally like baby skin. I do not often review products unless they are great.. This is a great product. I used and after soaked my feet in the tub and used foot lotion. Amazing results. Best few bucks I have spent in a long time!

Easy to use, but could be a bit bigger. Also this is a two piece unit that has started to delaminate. Not sure how well it will hold up on the long term.

This is a truly magnificent product. The only issue I have is that it is too small and it is awkward to use (and my feet aren't even that big). But it is so effective that I would buy again if I needed to and can still recommend. My feet have never been so smooth; like a baby's.

I've always loved my glass nail file for the fact that it could be rinsed off and reused (indefinitely) and didn't lose its grit like standard (and messy) emery boards. Not to mention that it leaves a perfect soft finish. This one for feet does exactly that! Coarse enough to do the job effectively and quickly while leaving a smooth finish. Rinse and repeat every week ! The sharpness shocked (and impressed) me but don't be alarmed, it's not sharp enough to cause injury! So far, ive used it 3 times and it seems to be keeping its effectiveness. My only issue is that it is a little awkward to grasp since it's flat and (nice and) compact, there's not really a handle or area that is easy on your hands. You just hold it carefully to avoid losing grip or getting your fingers in the way of the action. It is a bonus that I can just tuck it away when I'm done and it's so compact and easy to stash and transport. Highly recommended!

I used a handful of foot files even branded battery operated ones and none has worked as well as this one. Leaves your feet so soft and isn't painful or abrasive to use. It doesn't look like much but works wonders and it's so affordable!

I’ve tried many “tools “ for my feet over the years. This works and works fast! I tried about everything I could and this is probably the best so far. And yes be careful not to rub for too long as this removes dry and hard skin VERY fast. I was sceptical when I saw that comment from another reviewer as I’m used to rub my heels but they were red as it was more effective than I expected because it’s not rough at all. This is a good purchase!
