Are the pills big and hard to swallow? Can they be crushed or are they gelcaps?

They are tablets and they are a pretty small pill, about the size of an aspirin.

My recent shipment arrived this week with both long white pills and small Roy d pills in the bottle. They were brown and round before,why 2 shapes?

I can't answer that question for you, you would have to get in touch with the manufacturer. All my pills were brownish and round, I didn't have any other shapes in my bottle, hope that helps you.
