Bought these to take at bed time for sleep quality and to reduce sleep disturbance. I take this and magnesium both at bed time and when I forget I usually can tell the difference! The Thorne brand is a bit more expensive due to the high quality of ingredients, but worth it! If I'm going to buy again I will get this brand!

Very effective in reducing my stress throughout work and the day

These help so much for when I have something big planned that I know would cause me anxiety. They kick in within 30-45 mins and they give this calm. I don't get dizzy or tired, just a feeling like my anxiety was knocked down a notch or two. It doesn't completely eliminate it, but it makes it manageable. Super easy to swallow they are very small pills, no weird texture, taste or smell. No other weird side effects, that I've experienced. Pretty good quality.

Is helping DS and I a LOT with our anxiety/general feeling of well-being. We're both neurodivergent and I'm postmenopausal to boot. I find 2 capsules per day, spread out, are the most effective for me.
