I love this little fire mat it's the perfect size for the chiminea I have. We only have a small garden so didn't want a large mat. I ordered this one as the reviews were really good so I thought I would add another good review to them. The material is very robust and it has a heat reflective side underneath. Sparks have dropped on it with no damage to my grass which is fake. I would definitely recommend this product as it offers value for money and can be easily folded up and stored away when not being used. Overall, an excellent item.

I really like this item. I have now bought two to place under my fire pit and my BBQ to prevent any accidental damage to my new decking. The mats are very easy to clean and fold away easily when not in use. I have only just started using them however they appear to be of good quality and value for money and robust enough for use time and time again. I would recommend this product

We bought this to use with our folding fire when camping and it works a treat. Absolute zero trace from the fire even on long grass. The only issue we've had is the silver coating has cracked at the fold lines. However, this doesn't seem to affect performance.

Bought the mat based on other reviews, in the hope to save my lawn from firepit damage. It doesn't disappoint. Have had 3 lengthy fires with it now and not a single blade of grass is damaged. My pit is raised about 5 inches from the mat at its lowest point, so near to the minimum 4 inches required. Really pleased with it, and although expensive, the protection it offers softens that blow

I have artificial grass and decking in my garden, neither of them I'd want burnt. So bought this being undecided whether it would protect them or not but it has! No melting or burning! The mat has a few burnt stains on that doesn't come off but it isn't damaged. Good item, well worth rhe money if its going to save you £100's in potential repairs!

Used with our fire pit - excellent heat mat. Big and very easy to use and clean

Really impressed with this. We've used it around ten times now and no sign of any ageing or anything. Does what it says on the tin really, stops the ground from damage and makes clearing up after a fire / BBQ really easy. Stows away with very little space. We will use it for every foreseeable fire!

Die Matte haben wir gerade per Lagerfeuer in der Feuerschale im Garten getestet. Endlich keinen verkohlten Rasen mehr darunter. Der Rasen war noch nicht mal nennenswert warm. Man sieht tatsächlich nicht wo die Feuerschale gestanden hat. Daumen hoch, das Produkt würden wir sofort wieder kaufen. Tipp: lieber etwas grösser also mit mehr Durchmesser kaufen, dann klappt das aufjedenfall.

Gut zum Zusammenlegen, schützt den Terrassenboden und ist schwer genug um alleine liegenzubleiben. Man muss nur aufpassen wenn Matte bei Regen auf dem Boden lag. Hier sollte man die Feuchtigkeit zwischen Matte und Boden gut abtrocknen lassen.
